Jingtaisheng was founded in 2002 and is one of companies in China specialized in alloy die casting products and assemblies to meet customers' requirements on OEM/ODM basis. Business includes tooling design and manufacture, die-casting, machining, surface finishing, etc.

Covering an area of 20,000 square meters, our factory is equipped with 5 sets of die-casting machines (160T to 630T), 2 sets of CNC machining center, 4 sets of CNC lathe, and other machines such as drilling machine, milling machine, punch, hydraulic press machine, polishing machine, sand blasting etc. And tooling workshop has CNC machine center, EDM machine, line cutting machine, milling machine drilling machine, grinding machine, lathe, etc. Our inspection center has CMM, projector, color assessment box and salt spray machine and so on .

Output of product's weight is over 1,000 tons annually, and turnover was about USD 7.5 million in 2008.

With the joint effort of manager and workers, our company has stepped to a new level. We have introduced lean manufacturing model since 2007.
